1. Order Processing Time
All of our products are made to order. This means that each item is printed, packed, and prepared במיוחד for you after your order is placed.
Please allow 2–5 business days for order fulfillment before shipment. During busy seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, fulfillment may take longer than usual.
2. Shipping Time
Once your order has been fulfilled, shipping time depends on your destination and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Estimated shipping times may vary, but in general:
Domestic shipping: approximately 1–8 business days
International shipping: approximately 1–20 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, carrier issues, or high seasonal demand.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is calculated as:
Fulfillment time + Shipping time = Estimated delivery time
Because all items are made on demand, delivery includes both production time and transit time.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on several factors, including:
Product type
Order quantity
Shipping destination
Selected shipping method
Final shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
5. Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately. This can happen when products are fulfilled in different locations or belong to different shipping categories.
If your items arrive in separate packages, please do not worry—this is normal for print-on-demand orders.
6. International Shipping
We ship to many countries worldwide. However, international orders may be subject to:

Delays caused by local postal services or customs authorities
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties that may apply in their country unless otherwise stated. Some destinations may also have shipping restrictions.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link, if tracking is available for your shipment.
Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after the package has been handed over to the carrier.
8. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time:

If a shipment is confirmed lost, we will work with our fulfillment partner to investigate and find an appropriate solution. Lost shipment reports should be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after the estimated delivery date. Printful states problem reports for lost shipments should be filed within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
9. Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided by the customer, reshipping fees may apply. We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.
